When we got to the bottom of this bridge (the 2nd biggest in the world), I asked the kids if they could find the bridge. They looked up and down the creek bed and could not find it. I had to tell them to look up...
Indian ruins...
This was our favorite bridge...
We then drove (stopping along the way to let cows pass) to Muley Point which is an excellent viewpoint recommended to us by my travel advisor - Lodo...

Thunderstorms were approaching from the north so the hot air was rather moist as one can tell from how sweaty Neil is...
The drive down Moquee Dugway was most spectacular with lightning, thunder and rain run-off creating water falls...
The view from the Valley of the Gods back towards Moquee Dugway...
This rock formation in the Valley of the Gods is called "Lady taking a bath"...
After I setup my cheap Coleman family tent, the winds from the storm came a howling. Neil liked going in the tent while it was being blown down to the ground, whereas Nyleen kept wanting me to pack it in and go get a motel. She was in the tent holding her head to the ground. I was outside trying to keep the tent poles from breaking and was in awe of all the dust being blown across the valley floor. Eventually the wind died down and I cooked up a nice meal and took this shot of our lighted tent in the total darkness before I went to bed. We were the only people in the beautiful and strange valley...
